In case you’re new here, you’ve probably seen a handful of comics by a talented artist named MadeByTio (part 1, part 2). Tio’s comics have gathered a large audience thanks to how unexpected and ridiculous they are at times. The author doesn’t shy away from surreal situations in his work, and we hope he won’t stop doing that any time soon.
Last time, Bored Panda reached out to Tio to find out a little bit more about what inspired the artist to start making comics.

“As a child, I always looked up to my older brothers and my father who were, and still are, crazy talented at drawing/sketching. That’s when I started to draw, mostly stuff I saw on TV like Dragon Ball characters (I was absolutely crazy about Dragon Ball when I was a young lad) or Batman (the animated series).
