Adrift: Ominous silhouetted figures march in new murals by David de La Mano

We’ve covered David de la Mano‘s amazing silhouetted murals before (here) and now he’s back with more!

The Spanish artist has created a number of murals some of which depict shadowy soldiers marching in dystopian settings. Many of the characters depicted have limbs that morph into tree branches and roots, while others appear to have heads shaped like birds and dogs.

Listen beautiful relax classics on our Youtube channel.

From his artist statement via Hang-Up Pictures: “In a world of those forced to flee, of poverty, of war and violence, David de la Mano paints his haunting figures as shadows looking for their place in the world. All united, they are travelling to a destination unknown.”
