Experience should tell us that just because someone works in a bakery, that doesn’t mean they know how to create a reindeer in icing. Especially when that someone worked in the women’s lingerie department yesterday. Or maybe in the butcher shop, because these cakes are certainly butchered. They were told it doesn’t have to look exactly like a reindeer; it’s a symbol, so you just have to convey the idea of a reindeer. Some of these cakes fall short of even that.
