Arpona Sans, a contemporary sans serif font family inspired by the creative work of Edward Johnston and Eric Gill for London Underground.

German graphic and typeface designer Felix Braden just released his latest font family, Arpona Sans—the sans-serif companion of the popular Arpona typeface. Arpona Sans draws inspiration from the creative work of Edward Johnston and Eric Gill for London Underground. The font family masterfully combines the modern esthetics and proportions of geometric sans fonts with the friendly feel of humanist typefaces.

Whether printed or on screen, Arpona Sans is well suited for a wide range of work including editorial design, branding, app design and web design, etc. The font family consists of nine weights ranging from Thin to Black plus matching italics for each weight.
