Design professor Hector Silva asks the roundtable a huge question posed by a viewer: Have you ever been discriminated against in the workplace, and if so, how did you resolve it? Once again, designers Spencer Nugent, Jasmine Kent and Kevin Bethune reveal that the answer is complicated–racism can be overt or covert, and things that happen outside of the workplace can make you question what is truly going on inside the workplace.
