Can you match these retro-style posters to last year’s most popular films?

I have proclaimed my admiration for La Boca’s retro film posters before, and the UK design studio continues to amaze with their latest set of posters that were Best Film nominees for the BAFTAs 2014 (British Academy Film Awards). Among the nominees were 12 Years a Slave, American Hustle, Captain Phillips, Gravity, and Philomena.

Staying true to their retro-inspired style, each poster is a gorgeous composition with subtle references from each movie. Can you match up the posters with the films they pay tribute to? Which one is your favorite? Mine is definitely the green one for Philomena.

For a limited time, you can purchase this colorful set of posters as individual giclee prints, signed and numbered exclusively at their online shop.
