Samuel Ríos Cuevas is a printmaker and illustrator from Puerto Rico. His artwork seems eternally tied to the graphic arts. As if he was spellbound by the magic of the engraving, he uses various elements such as repetition, a variation of lines, textures, sizes and forms with a good use of tonal value to recreate his own memories from his childhood in Puerto Rico.
