Casa Alta II is a contemporary house designed by Mexico City’s multi-disciplinary studio AS/D asociación de diseño. The modern building features a perforated façade, three levels and a roof deck. Residents can enjoy spectacular views of a beautiful valley from three sides of the house.
Designers Fernando Verlasco and Paola Morales faced various challenges trying to nail down this design. The biggest obstacle was the the steep slope on which the house sits. Overcoming this issue resulted in a building that is accessible and convenient from all sides.
