Hudson, NY artist, John T. Unger, has created a large-scale ode to the red, white, and blue. Using over 20,000 Budweiser bottle caps to create a 16-foot wide American flag, the artist created a metallic mosaic. Built in his home, the piece titled Old Glory then traveled across the country to Indio, CA where it was displayed at the Stagecoach Music Festival. At the event, it became an inevitable background for Instagram selfies.
But we wanted to know: who drank all of the beer?!? Alas, rather than the result of a grand old party, Old Glory was made from caps donated by Budweiser.
