It might have been last March when multiple organizations celebrated Women’s History Month, but it’s only fitting to say that the world needs to recognize and appreciate the many talented and empowered women in various fields, including art.
Many museums have paved the way for recognizing these modern female heroes, including Phillips Collection, the Jewish Museum, Des Moines Art Center, the Barrick Museum, and Albright-Knox Art Gallery, among others.
