Clean Greek menu design is easy to digest

Kipos Greek Taverna is a new restaurant in trendy Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Kipos means ‘garden’ in Greek and the food it serves indeed comes fresh from the garden. The Orisate family that runs Kipos wanted a menu design that matched the fresh garden feel of its namesake but also the casual social experience of sitting down to a family dinner.

Kipos contracted Durham based agency The Republik to design their menu. These elegant yet simple menus were created to be flexible to the daily dish changes that occur with a restaurant that relies on what’s fresh. Using both KulKulturista and Verdana typeface, the layout is simple, clean and easy to digest.
