Take a closer look at the connections between food, art, and politics.
Presented in conjunction with Pressing Politics: Revolutionary Graphics from Mexico and Germany, this class will focus on the history of beer in Mexico and includes a tasting led by Carmen Favela of Mujeres Brew House, as well as L.A.-style hot dogs (both classic bacon-wrapped and vegan) and agua frescas from street vendor and activist Merced Sanchez. Join us for a distinctly Latina twist on summer beer and brats.
