Jonty Hurwitz is a London-based artist with a knack for creating expressive anamorphic artwork.
Each sculpture at first appears to be skewed and distorted to the point where its visibly meaningless to the viewer. However, when observed through a cylindrical mirror, a sculpted image is formed. Anamorphosis is renowned for first being experimented with Leonardo Da Vinci in the 15th Century.

Hurwitz, with a contemporary take on the process, begins with digital renderings before casting each physical object from bronze, copper, or plaster. Kinetica 2017 saw many of his works displayed while some are being featured at Galerie Médicis in Paris. Check out more work on his website.
