Self-described “explo-trotter” Alexis Pifou has a taste for adventure and an eye for photography. On Instagram, Pifou shares picture-perfect shots of his travels, which take him everywhere from sprawling national parks to bustling concrete jungles.

Based in Montreal, Pifou flies, runs, camps, and skateboards in idyllic locations across the globe. While he is fortunate enough to visit some of the most beautiful sites imaginable, Pifou is aware of the beauty in his own backyard. Featuring sparkling lakes, stunning forests, and even modern city streets, Pifou’s growing collection of photos often also showcases spots across Canada.
Though many of his journeys are solo endeavors, Pifou does note that the company of his companion, Tiphanie, makes for better trips. “There is no wifi in the forest,” he humorously explains on Instagram, “but you will find a better connection!”
