Pony Reinhardt graduated from the Maryland Institute College of Art with a BFA degree in fibres and she does a marvelous job of rendering various textures in her latest tattoos, whereStarry constellations, crystals, and animals come together in well-composed mystical scenes. Reinhardt just opened an appointment-only tattoo studio in Portland which goes by the name Tenderfoot Studio.
