Father becomes a pancake master crafting anything from sharks to Star Wars characters

I’m sure most of us have experimented with pancakes. However, few of us have taken this to the same extreme as Nathan Shields. Nathan Shields has been brought into the Internet limelight through his, now totaling over 120, delectable breakfast creations.

The pancake-master craftsman began when his family moved to Saipan, and the professional illustrator took on the role of stay-at-home dad. Shields mentioned, “It started out as a way to entertain my kids, which it still is, but now it’s a fun artistic challenge as well.”

These pancake-works are a fun way for his two cuties, Alice and Gryphon, to creatively learn about sea creatures, organs, insects, and math, amongst other things. Shields also posted a series of YouTube videos featuring himself, Alice and Gryphon working in their kitchen laboratory.
