5. Gilroy Font Family
Designed by Radomir Tinkov, Gilroy is a modern sans serif with a minimalist geometric touch. The family consists of 20 weights including 10 uprights plus matching italics. We should mention that its light and extra bold weights are available as free downloads. The Gilroy font family comes with plenty of OpenType features (fractions, tabular figures, arrows, ligatures, etc.) and each weight supports multiple languages including Latin-based and Cyrillic characters. This minimal font is a great choice for a wide range of modern graphic design, web design, or even UI design projects on mobile devices.
4. ITC Avant Garde Gothic Font Family from ITC
The ITC Avant Garde Gothic font family is based on Avant Garde magazine’s logotype and headline typeface. Ed Benguiat has created the original condensed fonts in 1974, while the oblique versions were created in 1977 by André Gürtler, Erich Gschwind, and Christian Mengelt. ITC Avant Garde Gothic’s distinctive typeface offers a simple, geometric style. The family consists of 40 fonts and comes with lots of alternate characters and ligatures, plus several bonus characters.

Nexa is a modern sans serif family consisting of 16 fonts (eight uprights with eight italics). The typeface is characterized by good legibility and a modern geometric design. The extensive family was designed by Ivan Gladkikh, TypeType Team, Pavel Emelyanov, and Marina Khodak for foundry TypeType. It’s a universal sans serif with a minimal contrast of strokes, a closed aperture, and characters created from simple geometric shapes. In the first place, we find an old friend. Avenir Next is a contemporary take on the classic Avenir typeface.
