When a blizzard passes overhead, the resulting snow makes it easy to grumble about the challenges and disrupted schedules that the winter weather caused. Yet, one man from Minnesota is bringing some joy to passers-by in the neighborhood.
Rather than the typical lawn sculptures of snowmen, Tom Grotting instead installed a series of frozen pants. The absurdity of it has caught the attention of the local news, and the trend has spread from there. Grotting says that there was “no good reason” for the frozen pants series, yet the hashtag #frozenpants is showing how far the trend has spread. The below photos are examples of some of the results.
