This video shows you how to paint hair. Learn how to paint hair textures, styles, and colors. Lighting direction and the shape of the head itself will determine how light and dark you will render the hair. Also the layers of the hair itself.
The demo will show you how to paint straight hair in the lighter tone. Similar to metal, hair has a high specular level. That makes it shinier than skin and matte object. Darker hair will have a big jump or gap between the value (light and dark) you use to paint it. Lighter hair will have a more gradual transition between the higher and lower value.
