Impressive pop-up architecture laser-cut from paper

Architecture is evolving at an incredible rate. Some time in the near future you may be able to print your house! Architect Tereza Hradilkova and producer Kumi Kobayashi are teaming up to print small-scale paper architecture in a new line of laser cut pop-up prints highlighting some of Tokyo’s most famous landmarks.

It’s called ‘Porgami.’ The cards are laser cut and hand assembled to embody the many faces of changing architecture in Hong Kong. The 3D pop-ups are truly remarkable. Just one look and you’ll see the work involved. Porgami has recently become a full fledged company. So look out, you may see these popping up in a Hallmark store near you very soon.
