Though the sculptural objects seems to be haphazardly arranged, the projection of light reveals shadows depicting our favorite Star Wars characters. Red Hong Yi’s project, Star Wars Shadow Art, rides the wave of these characters’ popularity after the film’s recent release.
In this Star Wars series, the Chewbacca portrait was made from arranged feathers, Darth Vader was made from pieces of aluminum foil, and the Stormtrooper was made from small chunks of fluffy white cotton.
