We’ve seen all kinds of fan-made scenarios where superheroes endure an average life and struggle at it, but this one takes the cake. Los Angeles photographer Raffael Dickreuter is the latest to come out with a hilarious series that pits a superhero, in this case Iron Man, against our everyday struggles.
Dickreuter has dedicated an entire website to the series and cleverly titled it, ‘Iron Man Grounded.’ He was inspired to create the series after Robert Downey Jr. turned him down for a photo at an awards show. This experience prompted Dickreuter to ask, “What if Iron Man had to struggle like the rest of us?” The answer was simple, “Wait in line for tickets, take the bus, fly economy class?” Check out some of the hilarious images below and visit Iron Man Grounded for more!
