Celebrate L.A.’s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from April to November.
This week, join us for a concert with Black Nile.
Black Nile are brothers Aaron and Lawrence Shaw, who have been playing music together for much of their lives, embodying blends of the old and the new. With six original releases to their name, they create a compelling collage of sounds that employs elements of modern bop, spoken-word, funk, world beat, new age and hip-hop.
