Celebrate L.A.’s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from April to November.
This week, join us for a concert with Sherry Williams.
Vocalist and recording artist Sherry Williams has toured the world, from Europe to Asia, from clubs to festivals, for nearly five decades. She has worked with such legendary musicians as Hubert Laws, Harry “Sweets” Edison, Patrice Rushen, John Rodby, Roy McCurdy, and so many more. Her passion for well-crafted music and her superb vocal ability clearly place her in a category to which few artists have arrived. “Sherry is the incomparable present-day combination of Lady Day, Sarah and Ella…”
