In the midst of a generation that is highly influenced by the media and expensive fashion, it is a thrill, and quite honestly a breath of fresh air, when fashion houses go out of their comfort zone and try something totally relatable to normal everyday people.
Jimmy Choo, one of the biggest shoe brands in the world, launches their Spring/Summer 2016 Men’s Collection at the London’s Seymour Leisure Center. Complete with a skateboarding and BMX show, the brand also commissioned the athletes to be the models of the collection. They have also created a line for athletes called the “Jimmy Choo Sporting Club.”

The line ranges from tennis shoes and loafers to sneakers best suited for any type of rigid sports. The line was the “perfect opportunity” to associate the runway with the skatepark, Creative Director Alexandre de Betak says of the show.
