(Neill Blomkamp’s latest Oats Studios short is less than five minutes long, which is unusual, but the video is entirely computer-generated. Why? It’s an experiment. Surely this would have been cheaper to make just by filming actors. The story is as gripping as any other. However, there’s no punch line.
