Last year, The Simpsons featured an episode called “Lisa Gets the Blues,” in which Homer eats his way through many of the signature dishes of New Orleans. Katrin von Niederhäusern and Janine Wiget from Switzerland went to the Big Easy and recreated the sequence shot-by-shot, with the exception of eating a king cake, which is seasonal.
