Mike Doyle is a LEGO-based artist and curator who literally has no limits when it comes to what he can make with LEGO bricks.
His recently-released book Beautiful LEGO: Wild! by No Starch Press is a collection of the best in LEGO-based sculptures. Undersea landscapes, giant butterflies, and otters are all explored in the book through marvellous photographs. His own piece, “Appalachian Mountaintop Removal”, also makes an appearance in the book, and explores the devastating effects of mountaintop removal on surrounding wildlife and nature.
