YouTuber Mustafa has created a video called ‘Making Strangers Smile’, and it will make you grin as well. He attached a note saying “smile. you deserve to be happy” onto a few Hershey’s bars and handed them out to random strangers on a college campus. “We had an amazing time filming this,” Mustafa said. “The reason we are posting it online is because we want to encourage you to go out and try it yourself.
