A series of campaign posters created by graphic design and branding studio Demande Spéciale for MAPP MTL 2020.
For the second year in a row, graphic design studio Demande Spéciale was commissioned by MAPP MTL to design the entire campaign for their 4th edition of Collective Imaginaries. The challenge of this edition was to visually represent the idea of projection. The designers of studio Demande Spéciale wanted to symbolize the different levels of the mapping experience through three simple and distinctive visuals: the spectator’s gaze, the trajectory of the projection, and the projected surface. The gradients emphasize the idea of mapping.
In 2020, the client had a special request to incorporate color into the campaign. Until today, the combination of simple black and white was predominant in the communication of the event.
