“Martine in the forest” by Telmo Miel in Versailles, France

Street Art duo Telmo Miel just dropped a brand new mural in Versailles, France thanks to the people from the Quai36 project. The piece is entitled “Martine in the forest” and features the artists impeccable technique.

The reflection is on nature, its place in our cities and our relationship with it. About the protection of our planet and questioning the concept of animality, present in nature and in each of us. This district of Versailles owes its name to Bernard de Jussieu a famous French botanist who also developed market gardening in the region. Recently, shared gardens have been set up so that residents can grow their own vegetables. The name that we used in the title comes from the local classic children’s books starring a girl named Martine.
