Follow along with Te Aonehe, age 7, and learn how to trace and cut paper silhouettes.

Materials:

Listen beautiful relax classics on our Youtube channel.

• 1 piece of black paper
• 1 piece of white paper
• object to trace
• pencil
• scissors
• tape or glue

Instructions:

1. Place your object on a piece of black (or dark-colored) paper. Construction paper works well.
2. Use a pencil to trace the object’s outline onto the dark paper.
3. Cut out your tracing or outline, which is now a silhouette.
4. Use tape or glue to mount your silhouette on a piece of white paper.
