Milton Berle vs. Statler & Waldorf (1977)

I used to love The Muppet Show once I began watching it and even today marvel at just how good it was. My two favorite characters were Statler and Waldorf, the "Box-Seat Snipers", and they were wonderfully voiced and acted by Richard Hunt and Jim Henson, muppeteers without peer, both gone now, alas. One of their best segments, which I remember watching circa 1977, was their verbal combat with comedian Milton Berle. This is a short video, less than 4 minutes long, but in that time you will see and hear more comedy than in many hour-long ‘comedy’ shows today. Watch and be amazed.
