Minimalist maps become graphic wall art

Celebrating a sense of place, GrafoMap is a new online platform that lets users plug in a location and customize a map that can then be printed to become part of your decor. For many people, a map represents a sense of nostalgia — perhaps a vacation, a hometown, a site of an important moment. Just as a sports fan might showcase some of their team’s memorabilia, displaying a map is a way to pay homage to some of your favorite streets.

The wall posters come in four design styles, each showcasing how streets can become a line drawing. The retailer pulls their location information from the open-source files of Open Street Map.
