More than 10 unusual dice designs

You may think that a set of dice is a universally agreed upon design. But designer Chuck Stover is showing us that dice can be far from the typical white with black dots. Working under the business name Made by Wombat, Stover’s goal is to improve your tabletop gaming experience.

Producing his dice through the 3D printing community Shapeways, Stover’s designs are beautiful forms, often with complex swirls and intricate patterns. Although the dice are available in many different materials, Stover recommends stainless steel because it “has the heft to roll correctly and feel right in your hand.”
