Need love life advice? Ask a heartless computer for hilarious blunt answers

Brooklyn-based graphic designer Victoria Siemer has created a series of images in which she digitally inserts computer error messages over Polaroid films. The error messages provide commentary on the images. The photo series entitled ‘Human Error’ depicts turning points in people’s romantic and personal life; lovers in bed or empty beds are paired with error messages that say things like, “Preparing to empty heart…” or “Ready to move on.”

The error messages provide blunt, almost heartless advice from machines for humans. Personally, I find the series humorous and think that the advice is actually pretty good!
