The creative team at graphic design and branding studio Futura was commissioned to create a unique visual identity for Onefold.
Onefold is a New York City-based clothing brand specializing in selling recycled cashmere garments for kids. With their special approach to fashion, they challenge the way we think about children’s clothes and the common socialization of gender norms among children. Onefold believes that fashion shouldn’t define a child’s identity or restrict their movement throughout the world. Please read more below.
Using timeless typography as well as clean editorials and neutral colors, graphic design studio Futura came up with a solution that follows the principle of simplicity. This way, they have visualized the idea that less can be more. The distinctive logo combines the concept of Onefold’s cyclical philosophy with the concept of infinity. As a result, the logo appears in a modernist and minimalist ribbon style that represents the reuse of natural materials while thinking that each piece can be worn for multiple years and then passed on to the next generation.
