Artist-in-Residence 2021
Open to artists in New York City, this nine-month residency provides a $7,500 honorarium, studio space in the landmarked Fort Hamilton Gatehouse, and access to the Cemetery’s professional staff, archives, and historical collections.

Visual artists and collaboratives at any stage in their career who live and work within the Bay Area counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, and San Mateo can apply for unrestricted funds of $10,000.

Artist Relief
Individual artists facing dire financial emergencies due to COVID-19 can still apply for $5,000 grants from Artist Relief. Cycle IV is open until July 22, 2020, and Cycle V is open until August 19, 2020.

Artist Relief Project
Individual artists in any discipline who are experiencing serious financial strain caused by COVID-19 can apply for cash relief of $200, plus free access to the organization’s programs and resources.

Augusta Cultural Arts Consortium
Artist Emergency Fund
Self-employed and contract artists of all disciplines who live in the Central Savannah River Area can request up to $500 to compensate for canceled work that was scheduled and lost due to COVID-19 shutdowns.

Artist Relief Fund
For as long as funds are available, working artists in North Texas who need financial support because of the pandemic can apply for $4,000 grants from Dallas-based public arts organization AURORA.

City of Boston Arts and Culture
Radical Imagination for Racial Justice Grant
Boston-based artists of color ages 14+ can apply for $25,000 and $40,000 grants to put towards community-focused projects that imagine a racially just Boston and further racial justice in the present.

Denver Actors Fund
DEAR Fund Round 2
Colorado theatre actors who have lost income from canceled or postponed productions are eligible to request up to $500 for first-time qualified applicants and up to $250 for second-time qualified applicants.

Downtown Brooklyn Public Art and Placemaking Fund
Grants of up to $50,000 are available for public art and performance projects, and improvements to cultural spaces that connect neighborhoods, revitalize public spaces, and increase access to cultural programming.

Andrà Tutto Bene Artist Microgrant Program
Create a work of art that includes the phrase “Everything is going to be okay” (in any language) and post a photo or video of it on Instagram, tagging @andratuttobeneusa for the chance to win a $250 microgrant.

ORA Singers
Emergency Composers’ Fund
Eight UK composers will each receive a £1,500 commission to write a new choral work reflecting on one of eight different works of art specifically chosen by Tate Modern from their own collection.

Wherewithal
Recovery and Research Grants
Washington, DC-area artists can apply for $1,000 Recovery Grants to help offset lost income resulting from the pandemic. Competitive $5,000 Research Grants are also available for research, presentation, or critical reflection.

Heart of Art
30 Miami-based performing artists will each be awarded $1,000 to create “Art in the Time of Coronavirus” video works, which will be showcased on the Arsht Center’s website, newsletter, and social media.
