Pop artist Jason Mecier is best known for his outrageous portraits of pop culture icons, ‘painted’ entirely with candies. His materials of choice include Mike & Ike sweets, gummy bears, candy corns and Hot Tamales.
‘Candylebrity’ is his latest Hollywood-inspired series, featuring sweet mosaic art of reality TV figures like Judge Judy, Big Ang of ‘Mob Wives’ fame, Breaking Bad characters, James Franco, Zack Galifianakis, and of course, Miley Cyrus with her infamous tongue.
