PAMPA’s Leather Chair and Swings Are Something to Talk About

Pampa, the homewares brand based in Byron Bay, Australia, was founded with the desire to protect woven heritage for the next generation. In the Quechua language, Pampa means ‘plain between the mountains,’ reflected in their collections have a deeply rooted sense of place – they’re even named after the landscape where they were made.

The brand just introduced three new chairs in a collaboration with Argentine designers at Brana Studio that we’d love to welcome into our homes. The modern Porteño Folka chair, the playful Porteño swinging chair, and the classic Porteño swing have all joined their collection. Each of these pieces celebrate the traditional craftsmanship Pampa and Brana value by using native wood and high quality natural vegetable-tanned raw leather sourced from an area known as Las Pampas, south of Buenos Aires.
