In his captivating series “ENOSIM”, photographer Thierry Konarzewski points his lens at garbage in order to show the surprising humanity of it.
“‘ENOSIM’ tells a human adventure,” the artist wrote. “The one of our society, since we should live in the awareness of what we throw away, we should live closer to our waste. It suggests letting a sort of artistic empathy flow in front of this plastic flood of our everyday environment. It tries to demonstrate the urgency of doing something for our planet.”
Konarzewski selected items that were washed up on the coast of the island of San Pietro. For more of his work, check out his website.
