“For some, it is a symbol of family time, while others see it as an oasis serving comfort food 24/7. I enjoy photographing the golden arches because of the strong emotional connotations they hold. Picturing it as an oversized monster, hovering above the city’s landscape, refers to the esthetics of children movies from the 80s and 90s.
