Conflicts and contradictions of today’s society, economy, and politics illustrated by Pete Reynolds.
Pete Reynolds is a British illustrator and graphic designer. After working in the design industry for several years, he came back to illustration. Until today, he has worked with a wide range of magazines and has achieved an impressive portfolio, which is filled with lots of politically charged editorial illustrations. Please read more below the following image.
The illustrator describes his style as simple, flat, textured—mixed with a good dose of dark humor. He says: “Because of my design and branding background, I can illustrate in many different ways but I try to be true to myself… I believe that illustrators can be more than just one-style-ponies. I believe we can be thinkers, writers, researchers, and strategists too. I believe we can be a part of the process, to create something more unique and more effective.”
