This Saturday night (October 7th) in Los Angeles, Cordessa Fine Art will be presenting a new body of work from Kevin E. Taylor. Entitled Dead Evidence, the recently produced paintings are loosely adapted from Larry Sultan and Mike Mandel’s photo series Evidence. Continuing his exploration of intriguing imagery that brings surreal elements into museum or gallery settings, the San Francisco-based artist deals with themes such as how “humankind’s urgent march toward technological advancement accelerates, yet our mortality constantly grounds us.”
