WordsEye is a new addiction that will be sure to suck hours out of your life. The beauty of this thing? Whatever you type will appear in a picture. It is literally that simple.
Why is this such a big deal? As stated on their website, this program is an “application [that can aid] in ESL… special needs… art instruction, creative writing, and literacy skills education” programs. WordsEye was tested in 6th grade classrooms recently and showed statistic growth in writing and literacy scores for students. In short, “Students also reported that WordsEye helped them imagine and visualize stories.”
