A clean, modern brand identity developed by graphic design studio Futura for SIMCA.
SIMCA is a real estate developer specializing in strategy and construction. They are based in Merida, Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum, Mexico. Futura, a Mexico City-based graphic design studio was commissioned to work on a new brand identity that visualizes the companie’s core competencies.
As part of the project, they have created an isotope consisting of two vanishing points that, when viewed in perspective, construct the word SIMCA. The logotype is based on a simple sans-serif providing clear readability. The versatile color palette is vibrant and denotes strength as well as a modern approach. A few images can be seen below.
