Streets: Hula – “Maka’u” (Hawaii)

Continuing his series of works in hard to reach locations, Hula recently painted a mural on the edge of a waterfall entitled Maka’u. Dealing with issues of fear, as suggested by the title, on multiple levels, the piece saw the Oahu-raised artist otherwise known as Sean Yoro suspend himself on the edge of a waterway on surfboard as he took risks to paint an image of a person hanging on by a rope.
