Canadian artist Zachari Logan draws massive portraits of birds, flowers and other woodland creatures engulfing the male bust. His art explores ideas of cultural expectations of masculinity and self-awareness.
The male figure represented in the images is strangely peaceful and content looking; he is not in a claustrophobic panic as you would expect someone covered in wild animals to be. In some portrayals the figure looks almost Biblical. Logan draws using only the color blue in a realistic illustration style that references story books and narrative.
