What can an artwork can carry within it? What would you would like to share through art? In this class, students will look at artworks and artists through the lens of vessels as a metaphor.
You’ll be encouraged to consider your role as vessel and your responsibility in solidarity, becoming an agent of change and an imaginative builder of the present and the future, creating mixed media artworks that reflect what you learn in this process. Taught by artist Fernando Isai Garcia.
This program will take place outdoors on LACMA’s campus. Supplies are included with tuition.
