He reports that his hosts, upon learning that @chairmanwon and his wife were Texans, took them to a Texas-themed bar. Everyone there dresses like Texans (or how they imagine that we dress) and the bar itself looks like a Texan honky-tonk.
Unfortunately, we don’t get a report on what Texan-style dances look like. But we Texans appreciate the thought.
@chairmanwon reports that the chicken fried steak is less than optimal. Let’s call it a work in progress. And as a native Texan, it doesn’t bother me in the least if someone eats it with chopsticks.
